I am always up for a challenge if it’s worth it. It’s really my strongest desire to defeat others, but to defeat a record I had previous or never created. So if a challenge is to run faster in 5 minutes today than I did yesterday, consider that challenge accepted. I only to be better. So I write this for you, challenge yourself, create a goal and try to overcome it.
Every day is another to do something new. Every week is another week to do something new, and so it is for every month.
