When last have someone spoke to you all crazy? How do you normally react or do you take action.
For me, when someone say something reckless or crazy, I just stare at them. I look at them like they lost their minds, in which in reverse I start to look crazy myself. I just don’t response with words or action. Maybe after my crazy look, I would walk away.
So today I went for a run, yup I said it a run. I went on the trial today with a few friends to prep for the spartan run challenge. I was the cameraman for today, but wasn’t listening too well that I was going to be joining in all the activities, and end up running 2 miles with a 30lbs book bag with my equipment. Let’s say it got real up a few hills and bends. I kept at it out for 2 miles, until I said shoot, I am going to put this bag down and really run. Well that was my day back into fitness. Ummm, also maybe the bag wasn’t 30 pounds but close to 25lbs in which in mind they just about the same thing. My friend comment to me was, “I hate cardio, but you are a ninja, you can do this with a million pounds on your back, this is your training.” It was a blast and fun vibes today. I am happy to have been included. :)
Either way, what shape are you in? Can you at least run a mile?
Also… Are you the Hare or are you the Tortoise?
The friends apart of the run are all new friends based on my very cool friendship with my fitness body builder friend “Avadean Lewis” over at http://www.AvadeanLewis.com.
I have 3 kids, I am partially a parent. I haven’t spoken so much in my life to describe things. OMG, am I ready for my own kids? I am not sure. I know I am great parent and role model. But to be me and be different from others, people tend to ask a lot of questions because they never encountered a person like me before. People are too use to the norms in their own lives or what they see on tv than being open-minded and welcome new experiences. I know for sure after their vacations, they will speak of me highly and relate a lot back to their experiences with me and how I do things.
I do hope they keep the one important lesson I taught them, in which is a proper greeting to anyone and everyone, which is Hello and Good Day, and also saying Thank You to someone after they did a good or kind deed for you.
I stand out the most in those situations, I am hope they get positive results from continuing those good lessons.
What lessons do you teach children or wish they would know or be taught more than anything else?
I am happy to announce, I am officially on vacation. I have been working super hard, knocking out goals and making my blog a splash, I am disappearing for a while and coming back relaxed and at ease. Pray for me. When is your vacation this year?
