BREAKING 450,000 Views

Tech Rick - RawMultimedia Photography - Cine ArtI don’t really make posts on my viewership anymore, but I am had to write this for myself.  Leaving March 2015, after falling short in February, I have broken the chain and now own a website with over 450,000 views, and having viewers and readers from over 200 countries in the world.  I have to thank myself for the hard work and focus.  I have to thank the fellow bloggers that follow and comment on my blog posts.

It’s officially spring time in New York City, and I am working hard on my print work projects, and my outreach program to get to the bigger pool of creatives in multimedia.  RawMultimedia over the years have changed so much and grown.  I love that I have an ongoing digital reminder of what I have done.  And I plan to really give you all over moneys worth when it comes to creative photography and more for the entire spring and summer months.

April is upon us, in which I plan to jump into National Poetry Writing Month, and hopefully write a few gem of creative works to maybe put in my autobiography.  I ready to write, I am ready to collaborate, and I am ready to entertain.  Thank you so much.

Thanks for reading,

Yours Truly,
Rik.

WORKING ON MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY #writing

writing-with-pen

What are the rules to writing an autobiography?  Trust me, I don’t know I am just going to do it.  Just doing it and see where it goes has always been part of my mantra.  Of course I have self-doubt in things since I am a strategic thinker and analyzer, but the lack of action equals the lack of change.  Having a lack of change or developing, will surely grant you a lack of accomplishments or experiences.  So take that as a lesson in life to do more, and to try new things that may ultimately help you.

Okay I know I went off on a slight tangent, but here I am working on my autobiography.  I started the idea and concept of it about 2 years ago, and I am continuing on the efforts to pick back up my pen and get it cracking.  A lot have changed for me in the sense of how I want it to be written via I know what is true to my soul of information to give out.  You can say I am a very private public person.  I can tell you all about me, but there is always more you wouldn’t know because I do a lot.

Tech Rick - RawMultimedia Photography - Cine Art

I don’t write too personal post on this site (Raw-Multimedia.com) for I am using it as a canvas of art and articles for the world to live their lives unscripted.  I have decided to get off my butt and work more on my personal website (www.richardoawilson.com) in which is where I reveal all my personal beliefs and most likely the updates to my untitled autobiography.

The only way I know how to get my autobiography going is to really inform people on the people who inspire and were present at key times in my life that created changes within me.  Those changes include physical, emotional, mental and educational.  In that scene I will be releasing the Inspirations Series on this website so maybe I can shape a few minds in the process as I get my thoughts out.  Also I can’t see myself writing without being animated and my personality, because that is one the core of who I am and why I am different from others.  The other component who I am comes from my creatively visual but minimal poetic anecdotes.   Those are when you really see my being comfortable and start getting in the zone with my storytelling.

In that same run, I will be releasing weekly videos on my personal YouTube channel… (www.youtube.com/rawmultimedia2) with the series titled… This Is My Autobiography.  I hope to entertain and educate while sharing my life with the world.

What do you think?  Have you ever thought about writing an autobiography?

BEHIND THE SCENES: PHOTOSHOOT

Behind The Scenes Photography With RawMultimedia

Even a photographer has to get their photo taken sometimes.  I mean a photographer could use a tripod, a remote and timer to shoot his own photos, much to what I have done for years.  But I have super talented friends and colleagues that can help me shoot photos or host a photo session for me.  One of my best friends Ray at www.underestirayted.com helped me get warmed up in front on the camera for a photo session.  I am have big press run and spring campaign coming, so I need a great deal of photography work and design work done, so it’s only right I go to someone other from myself to get the job done right.

I had a fun session, only took about an hour to shoot the photos I needed.  I am happy with the photos and can’t wait to see his edits on the photos along with my own creative edits for marketing and advertising purposes.

I love photography, therefore I create and I share.

Do you own a digital photo camera?

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN YOUR FUTURE?

businessman-with-hat-in-front

It might seem like a simple question, but to others it may seem terrifying.  It is mostly terrifying when you actually don’t know.  For some people the answer comes early and then they set out on a mission to accomplish this goal, achievement or experience.  For some it happens late in life.  But regardless of when it may come to you, it’s a good question to start asking now and check in on as time goes back.  Life is there for living, so live your life.  Try something new or do what make you happy a lot.

I created a Bucket List just for this exact question…Check it out.

For me in the future I see, owning a cafe/lounge.  It’s always been a dream of mines ever since I was about 15/16.  I wanted to create a social environment people can express themselves and relax.  I have been tailoring my blog/website on the same premise, and I think I almost there.  I truly do hope to see this happen.

Another thing I see in my future is a family and children.  Even though some people may say I am late in the game to have kids, but I have a plan.  I am following my plan, and if there were to be a moment in which my plan does not go as planned, and I do have a child before my planning goes through.  I am definitely fine with that and ready for that.  Did I mention, I was also have probably the coolest and most memorable bachelor party and wedding.  I mean I all for simple and easy.  But in the sense of creativity and elements to my wedding it would be super fly.  Trust me, when it happens, you will definitely be on my wedding gust list to experience it all.

DONT BE SCARED TO SAY NO

DONT BE SCARED TO TELL ME NO

how-to-stop-being-scared

It’s always a weird situation for me when someone avoids a conversation because the answer they really want to say to a request of mines is no.  Even the people who like owes me money, and I ask, “When do you think I will be getting that money you owe?”.  They tense up and start the ducking and weaving, and I get pretty bored at those moments.  Just say no folks.  If you are not confident in yourself, don’t be bullied into any situation or peer pressured.  But strong enough to trust your intuition and make an executive decision to stand by what you say and no be scared of what the person have to say.

In my life the situation where I feel people are a bit ruffled to say no to me is when I decided to go somewhere or a do an activity and I invite someone to join.  They know they don’t care or want to go where I going, but they are a bit timid to just say no.  For me I have learned to do everything by myself.  I am definitely not a yes man.  If I want to say no, I am saying no.  It doesn’t hurt my feelings if someone don’t want to go or do something I would like to do.  Also I think people should not take it personal if ask someone to go somewhere and they say no.  I mean in some situations people get upset or angry because you are always doing something for the other person and they then have to the nerve to say no to you.  That is pretty understandable.  But after 2-3 times of someone doing that to you, that clearly states, that’s not someone you need to roll with if they are only taking from you and not giving back.

So with all that being said.  Play fair with people who play fair with you.  Don’t be scared to say no to someone because you don’t feel to do something they are interested in and you are not.  Trust in yourself and make decisions that make you happy, but not lazy.  I don’t like lazy. :)
